Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

No Employee Friendly Strategy-- Q4 result

Current Q4 results reviles the thought process of higher management, that they are not thinking more on Employee engagement .. it seems the unsatisfied senior technical employee attrition rate is constantly above 20% from last quarters and still syntel is getting it's revenue from same clients and same no of billable positions. The Declared 40% of short term profitability is only due to replacement of bit high cost experience peoples with extremely low cost resources and not giving

single penny increment to hard working employees.

Management closed it's eyes and turning down syntel revenue principle similar to local staffing Agency revenue model!!

Management is thinking they are the smarties in the world .. but they haven't released yet that they are just enjoying the prepared Briyani which was cooked earlier by unrecognized kicked out experience employees who worked hard and impressed client to make hold of their billable positions.
