What happened to the guy with the mustache? I went to a training last week and it was horrible. The mustache was the best trainer I have ever seen. How could they let him go? I am sure he got fed up or management was tired of hearing the truth. I guess we are done supporting that now. Bummer! Lean was the best thing Access brought to the table.

I heard he didn't want to move to Tulsa from Oklahoma City, so he chose to leave the company.
Aww, that is sad. He was good at what he did.
Williams is giving lip service to lean and nothing more. My understanding is the mustache succumbed to frustration.
