I was a former Kmart employee, who left the company four years ago. Since my departure, I had been receiving notices regarding this lawsuit ( For those of you who are not familiar, you can read it here: https://www.leagle.com/decision/infdco20150505a64 ). I didn't particularly pay too much attention, figuring maybe it was some kind of scam. To my surprise, I had received a settlement check in the mail today for $28.65. Didn't any of you here, receive the same check in the mail today as I did? The check came from CPT Group, Inc. Settlement Administrator located in Irvine, CA.

I got a check a few days ago for it as well. You bet your a-- I'll cash this check.
