RIF packages out last week.
It's just as messy, the surge in construction makes it look great. As soon as that slows down a little, and services is asked to carry the load, it will sink.
Just wait. They will eventually merge you back with rest of Power once Power's HQ finishes digesting Energy Connections and needs another cost out play by taking out an additional HQ. They only created this as a separate HQ to make the French Gov't happy for a short time.
