Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Mycustomer

Jeez CVS has a bunch of morons working in the main office.... first lets cut all payroll from every store and make them run with skeleton crews. Second lets increase there MCE target to make it impossible to hit.. Its not rocket science. Cut labor- get worse results. Cut labor and raise metrics. Its a lose lose situation.. Almost every store in my district got the MCE target raised and labor cut.

WHY DOES CVS MAKE IT SO HARD TO WORK FOR THEM AND BE SUCCESSFUL!

They don’t understand how unhappy 99% of the employees are. Or they just dont care. March 15th bonus day? There will be alot of good people looking elsewhere for employment.

Those corporate executives are more unhappy then store associates. They are on the hook with big mortgages and fear losing jobs. They just do what they believe will keep them collecting a paycheck. It all ends up with the stores and the customers to deal with.

Congratulations future CEO! You are exactly the individual that exemplifies what CVS is all about. Giving Senior Citizens “worse service” because they are “less likely” to get a survey is ( I will let the reader fill in the word they would use to describe you)!

If your staff allows this, let me congratulate you and your staff on your new store...the first CVS to be opened in HELL! Let me introduce you to some terms you probably are not familiar with...compassion, integrity, grace, humanity, mercy, heart, consideration, tenderheartedness, and KINDNESS! Look them up!

You sacrifice a lot for CVS, don’t give them a piece of your soul. Find another way...fight for all your customers...make everything else perfect and then speak to your reason behind your service results...ask your DL if they can provide a phone number for your Senior Citizens to call, it exists. Seniors have earned the right to take up a lot of your time and at the very least to be treated the same as your younger customers. Do not let CVS change you as a human being. Remember YOU will be a Senior Citizen some day and what goes around comes around!

In the past I’d heard of stores doing their town surveys. But not anymore since they don’t print anymore. They go to people email (junk/spam folders).

My store has a lot of older people that are not tech savvy. So my store gets very few surveys actually completed.

It’s sad but with this new way of sending surveys I tell my team to make sure to take care of the younger people really well. Because they are more likely to fill the surveys out. The older less likely crowd that takes up a lot of our time just doesn’t do the surveys, so they are getting much worse service these days. It’s just what we have to do.

Please do not take my previous question on surveys as questioning your integrity, I was just wondering how stores could get away with that without them knowing.

How could you do your own surveys unless you use some other person's email account?

You can’t anymore with every extra care card requiring an email...surveys are sent direct to customer. Encourage your regulars to have your back.

The new metrics are designed to eliminate March 15 and bonus. Meanwhile DLs will be grinding at stores to try to make a decent bonus but we all know Cvs did this to stop the huge payouts to middle management.

Stores can be perfect on wecare but it won’t make a difference if your scheduled and worked optimization doesn’t match the model in myschedule...it’s foolish how much these yes kids at corporate have invested into programs that don’t yield results....script sync is a disaster...

Does anyone do their own surveys to boost in their scores?
