Have either of the Manhattan Kmarts (Penn Station and / or Astor Place) begun renovations / remodels yet?

They've been refreshed / lightly remodeled in the past few months. Astor Palace is getting new flooring in the coming month too, and both have the newest blue decor.
Do you mean fixing them up or putting new stores in their place?
