Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Go ADP!

If you like working for an organization where your position is constantly being threatened, then this is the place for you. Workers are no longer valued for their unwavering loyalty, tenure, work ethic or knowledge. At ADP, you are just a number. No job is secure regardless of your contributions and the value you bring to the organization. The service they provide clients is poor regardless of how many times they try to restructure the organization. They just can't seem to get it right time and time again. The current leadership team is obviously committed to turning over staff to boost company profit at the expense of their employees and clients. They have and will continue to layoff some extremely talented employees. The good news is they are creating a pipeline of great talent for their competitors. Go ADP!

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not talking about people here, necessarily---rather some people in my community I know who work for ADP. I know a couple of people personally who do actually whine all the time but have made zero effort to look for another job. They know that the office is going to close. They are doing nothing about it. I apologize for giving the impression I was attacking people here.

Yes, Carlos Rodriguez is making millions of dollars and bad decisions. Of course, there is no accountability at that level. He can run ADP into the ground but he will still have his millions.

And for the ordinary ADP employee, he or she can also make bad decisions and still keep their job and salary. Oh wait, no! That only works at the Imperial high levels where the "captains of industry" with their incredible geniuses run their companies - where Carlos Rodriguez currently resides.

The only person that needs to be let go is Carlos mf Rodriguez. He is making millions and always making poor decisions. He want 60% millennials? I work with them and they need a lot of managing. CR is an idiot and I am sure Ackman will replace him as well as the board that supports him. No doubt they are filling their pockets before the inevitable exit. Glad to be out of there.

This is the Business Model introduced by Gary Butler SELL! SELL! No Service! No Service! His exit well defined the companies legacy he left! It's just a matter of time there is an implosion because there is nothing being done to develop a shared platform across all product lines. Too many Pedigrees making decisions on things they have no clue of outside of Saber Metrics! And too bad the ones that were promoted from within are no longer around... No Investment in Service and Support, no wonder retention rates are hurting...

Yes, ADP has made some poor choices. And they are paying for it in increased client dissatisfaction and a dwindling client base.
