The difference between partners and customers

Those working with Qualcomm Technologies include OEMs such as Asus, Fujitsu Limited, Fujitsu Connected Technologies Limited, HMD Global – the home of Nokia phones, HTC, Inseego/Novatel Wireless, LG, NetComm Wireless, NETGEAR, OnePlus, OPPO, Sharp Corporation, Sierra Wireless, Sony Mobile, Telit, vivo, Wingtech, WNC, Xiaomi and ZTE. Intel certainly has its own reputation for being a ruthless monopolist, often operating at the edge of legality. But I strongly doubt that the AMD or Nvidia boards were ever flooded by Intel employees, pointing out how our profit margins are higher, how they should not hope to ever catch up, etc. We just don‘t sink that low.

Intel may be an a--hole company, but Qualcomm is a company comprised of a--holes.

Oh, the petty Qualtrolls are at it again. Who cares what you think? There will be no Qualcomm products in 2019, because there will be no Qualcomm in 2019. and the whole mobile industry will celebrate!

I’m astonished at the number of groups at Intel that refer to other Intel groups as “customers”. It’s an insular and moronic way to structure the company and it’s a horrible way frame the meaning of “customer”. It should not come as a surprise that we can’t design and deliver the products that the market needs. We have no idea who our customers really are.
