Big layoffs coming with the new pay scale being put into place. Obviously voluntary though. ERs making 80-100+ being told their new pay is 60 or the door? Some severance but not like it used to be. To quote Maynard James Keenan...'learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim'

All I can say is look what happened to Everest and WyoTech. 56 schools down to 3 in three years.
I feel for the ones that this has already happened to. This place is run by a bunch of unorganized morons that most likely were in very 'rapey' fraternity together the way they are f#$%ing all of their most important assets. Their employees.
That has in fact happened to some of us...
Lets also not forget the 'One year of no salary changes' the new company promised ended on 2.1.18. This is probably going to happen to anyone who is above the cap.
A reorganization can fire people and reduce salaries. It has happened before in the past.
Proof?
Not very nice but surely legal. That is what venture capitalists/hedge funds do. Buy, fix, make lean, then profit from the sale.
Past history is enough
Source? Evidence?
I am pretty that is not legal
Lets increase the quota for brick making and make them find their own straw. This philosophy has failed every time in the last 5 thousand years. UoP is great at doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome.
take the severance if you were making making 80-100 you can sell your sales experience and if you can sell fake degrees you can sell anything.
