Any job openings in IPLE?
This culture shift has been painful and I don't see the end, but it sure will be nice to say bon voyage to these entitled attitudes. I'm not sure what comes frist - their attitude changing or them leaving?
Wow one dude in IPLE feels really special hahahaha. Dude, in case you are still sleeping - these days everyone is disposable. If you don’t see that - it is spelled as DISPOSABLE. Everyone is a number and if it fits under the “cost savings” measure neither your name nor your skills would matter. The company doesn’t owe you anything and if you need to feel special and valued like what you are feeling right now then your are on the wrong company.
True revenue generating people are also frustrated FYI. U must be living in a bubble.
