Why does management in Schenectady NY 273 treat the union workers like garbage? Starts with top dog in the plant down?

What Is the reasoning and purpose for these ops leaders and cell leaders to treat us like this? Fear? That upper corporate brass screwed up a great company and that they are afraid to get fired? I bet they know something that is why they are treating us like 2nd class citizens! Morale has never been lower on the floor! Salary workers putting in 2 week notices. Union workers dread trying to make a career out of this anymore and many wish they would close the doors already.

They treat us great here in Greenville. We are having meals catered in every week, and getting gift cards for doing projects! I think they know that Greenville is the best bet for the future!

I like to chill in the cafeteria. The sausage is the best

I always see ops leaders in the isles, looking for workers. None can be found, hiding in their little spots, driving the carts around and sleeping in the mens room

@owi maybe we don’t want to keep our jobs anymore. Just ridding it out till they padlock the doors. Ha ha ha own said that the person who post was a loser I think owi person that posted is a company blow hard loser and I hope you get laid off you can go anywhere and get treated like this with the same less desirable healthcare package. I bet your GE Proud and probably one of the terds that are running this company into the ground.

They treat us like garbage too. It's just filtering down. There is no winning, most of us know very little about what's going on and are just as frustrated as you.

Get back to work loser, maybe you'll keep your job.

They have clowns running the circus into the ground on purpose many believe.
