We get an email in NC telling us that they are selling our FAB, but that was all we were told. Does anyone have any legit answers? What will happen to all the employees currently working in our FAB? has anyone heard who may be buying us?

There's poor leadership from both sides. Ultimately, they are to blame for the mess Qorvo is in right now with manufacturing. Very poor vision and strategic awareness. NC should be thankful they are getting sold and the rest of us should be worried for the future.
Triquint was much better company. layoffs every four to five years, Not bad.
Since RFMD bought it, Got worse, every year is either layoffs or shutdown.
This really s---s whoever gets sold or laid off..there used to be a time we could go to work at qorvo and not fear being laid off or being sold, we all had job security..now we just never know who is safe..
Noone can touch Apopka, All old folks from Agere/Lucent are safe.

Apopka is definitely safe, NC is for sale.
VP said layoffs are coming both in NC and FL if a buyer isn't found soon.
