How about HR, product management ( show me the roadmap..), who does nothing to start with ? Lets ignore SM, CA and those guys as discussion about them is a mute and meaning less here.

Heard you guys have project engineers ? What do they do ? If there are Project management, do you need Project Engg or are they glorified Project Mgmt ?
How about test and development teams ? Is actual work done anyone above level 3 in general ? [ Level 1 = fresh Engineer]. If NO, should Level 4 and above need some scrutiny by independent company ?
Is HR any good ? Or should they be replaced completely once Octane takes over ?

There are many folks hide behind "innovation" do so many side projects that's not aligned with QC long term profits. Yet they get away because they know who to "buddy" up with. Wasting company resources and at cost of poor engineers career. A simple metric is to see who checked in code (quality code) in the past few years to decide who to let go or stay. Time to wake up to real innovation and stop wasting company money and resources!
Are there more managers than actual engineers ( who do actual and honest work )?
What is the director to VP ratio ? Or Director to Staff+ ratio ? Did this improve after the last drama in 2015 ?

CRD HW...not clear what these guys do....claim to build new radical chip designs but nothing matters except for modem in QCT....big group in Raleigh not clear what they have produced.
