Managers for Clinical and Retail side are getting combined and have to re-interview for their jobs in the Cincinnati Market. Sounds like layoffs to me!

I would say everyone who has ( are will be) laid off should not shop at Kroger stores and should even ask all their friends to stop shopping at all Kroger and their affiliates stores. All this happing so Rodney can give his shareholders there increase in profits. Think about it for a min, Rodney just gave himself a 2 1/2 million dollar raise, plus extra in bonus's because of his great leadership? That drunk is making 14 plus million a year and hundreds of hard working men & woman are getting fired. When your in the business of trying to build a great grocery store, you don't put bars and restaurants in high rise buildings down the road from where you live so it's convenienent for you. That's not leadership! That's b—sh– em in the pocket and tell your friends and let's see if he will have a merry Christmas.
Kroger is removing PHARMACY signs from stores here in Ohio as they are wanting to get in bed with WALGREENs and start having customers go there to get presciptions and other items

It's to the point where the following 3 things are happening:
- . CVS of all places believes there is going to an exodus of Kroger customers and is staffing accordingly, at least in nky.
- . I know of at least one place that is flooded with applicants from Kroger district coordinators/management, primarily clinical.
- . There is at least one if not more professors that are strongly suggesting to their students not to work for Kroger when students are asking for job/career opportunities. The old classic "you should really look at these better options" line.
Our division announced they are cutting floater pharmacists to 32 hours.
