The date of the rumored layoffs were correct but the magnitude was over hyped. Not to limit the damage of those who were let go but the actual number was closer to 100 not 1000.

What is McKinsey?
Yes, McKinsey had us do an online survey and did several interviews, not a secret at all, started last fall. We were told the lay off total was 125 or so, it does seem light considering the McKinsey factor so I would expect more this year.
They are definitely here. Many of us have been contacted by them to provide different type of information and interviews.

2018 will be a long year. You don’t bring in McKinsey consulting and only layoff 100 or so people. It’s not over - this round is but I bet more to come next quarter.

They would say if it was 100, 200, 300... it had to be more than 300 as they are not saying
