All 27 UK Sales headcount with targets, on consultation this week, with 7 heads to go....completely untenable, you cant grow a business with no sales people, ladder pulled up..floating adrift, will sink soon

It's terrible that we have to find out on an anonymous board like this. If Giggles & Co. were honest with their employees there might be a different attitude with those who are left. As it is, they're just thinking of new ways to cut heads which will continue until they cut the company into oblivion.
Did you guys lose anyone yet?
Just curious as we all know no anouncement is made by upper management
Obviously because the UK customers all love the off-shore SDM's and service desk (ha), let's send some of the sales team to call centres as well....because that's really going to help the situation.

All will be answered next week on the Andy all hands magic show and tell call . Really nothing will be answered... It will be more hey look at the new VP and we have to tighten the belts and make goals. BLA BLA BLA
Also There will be no more Actions until there are more Actions.
Actions=layoffs.
Every department has been gutted ... decisions are being made by number crunchers with no real exposure to what goes on on the floor
