Employees are expected to deliver value to its shareholders. Furthermore, they are expected to instill trust in others and be ethical. Expected not just during work hours but 24/7.

I turned over evidence of wrong doing by management to HR. It was swept under the rug and I became a target. Manager was directing employees to hide spending in certain areas and charge it to leases that no work was being done on. If management is really reading this, you can all shove your BS values up your a$$. Fake core values. You are only trying to keep your own head above water by stepping on the real people who have supported CHK for far too long. Sad. I wish the poor people in the field that are still fooled would open their eyes and jump off that sinking ship.

"Leadership" doesn't care they crippled the company's operations last week but they care about public shaming. Shocker.
Threats and intimidation . . . Are these CHK Core Values or is it one of the dimensions of the CHK Culture training especially for leadership? This is a good example of “do as I say, not as I do” and “it doesn’t apply to me, because I am a leader” mentality and sub-culture that exists with CHK leaders.
