You are the funniest guy on here, a real comedian! No one is seriously wondering where the bonuses are, it’s called irony, but you know that, because your reply is either the most geniuses use of sarchasm I’ve ever read. Or you believe people think there will be bonuses. Either way, priceless!

I ran into this problem when the first one was paid out for July-Sept. The quarterly bonus gets paid after the second pay period of the month following the quarter it represents. For example the July-Sept bonus got paid the first pay date of November because it was the second pay for October (meaning for the days out worked in October, not the actual number of the paydays in the month). So I'm sure they're thinking that since the first pay period in the month actually began in December (the 30th), that it doesn't count. If you don't get the quarterly bonus in your next paycheck then I would reach out to the HR team and tell them they're late!

Has anyone in management provided you with a detailed explanation of how these "bonuses" would be distributed?
Have you seen anything in writing or anything on the marquee pertaining to "quarterly performance bonuses"?
Is it possible that employees are being manipulated by management?
