Wasn't it about a year ago now, that Cabela's terminated almost all of the lead positions? The one's at my store either became sales coaches or were demoted to being full time outfitters. Now they are bringing back all the lead positions after getting rid of all the sales coaches? I apologize for my ignorance on the subject, I left the company a few months ago because our store management was an absolute disgrace so now I am out of the loop.
The job description for the lead positions sound like what the store coaches do. Once the lead positions are filled does this mean the stores will no longer need the store coaches/department managers?
