It appears now that Frontier is going to try to bust this small collective bargaining unit. All week pushing against the contract with forceful language. More grievances filed on behalf of this group in a few weeks than usually are filed over the term of a CBA, Collective Bargaining Agreement.

not a good sign, along with about everything else that's transpired lately. March will be a real test of the unions remaining strength in WV. along with the new "success plan" to be implemented, this job is swiftly changing, gonna be a cut throat atmosphere for those who survive.

Yes, all are Legacy Areas. Small rural communities for the most part. Not sure how the Acquired areas "CWA WV" will be hit with this as they were offered the same buyout but with a $10,000 bonus + 6mos medical coverage at the same cost/level as being employed however not under the disguise of a MOA with so much hidden agenda.

Are these all "legacy" frontier areas? It as explained to me that all of the former verizon property has "no layoff" protection.
