I have a good friend who was recently laid off after many years and multiple promotions. This is a
"good old boys club" and layoffs are not being done with any attempt at fairness - it's who you know and who will cover for you. Also many new "sharks" are coming in with questionable ethics. This is not the upstanding, quality company that was NT. This is a combination of some of the worst sharks in the industry who will do anything to survive! This company under the new CEO they do not deserve to prosper and will not succeed based on how they operate.
