We are at a time where facts and opinions don't matter no more. Collect your check and go home is motto. "If you dont like it than find another job". As time moves on so is the company changing values. All the years working with a company that you think would grow with therevalue employee, but instead them a bone. It's not same no more and we have to learn to move on. Change isnt in our favor and those who is in management dont care. We have more lazy thinkers than we have people who want change for the better. If you want to keep your job than collect the check and go home. If you not happy than find something better.
