Ah, the joys of the CGG n+1, annual copy & paste (from last year's) objectibollocks
Ah the joys of filling in appraisals on QED.
When I worked for CGG ( retrenched last year ) the whole objective process was a joke. HR sent a constant barrage of nagging emails for completion of all the steps, but offered no realistic guidance. As a result, most people's objectives were either too vague ( "be aware of safety concerns in the office" ) or else were simply elements of their job responsibilities ("try not to be late for meetings" ). It was like a visit to a dentist's office - once the pain was over, you didn't have to think about it for another year. And just look how all our "objectives" over the years helped CGG become the company it is today!!
"2018 Objectives.......whats yours?"
...perhaps you could learn how to use apostrophes properly?

I'll ignore the sarky management comment as this is not constructive.
The automation matter is really easy to solve. I have great ideas to task track for the developers to implement and I would include procedures and QC in so that my contribution would benefit the company.
The catch is, I was made redundant so I cannot help and whilst I have attempted to become re-employed so far I have been unsuccessful.
All help welcome, I enjoyed working for CGG. :-)
