I work as a level 3 specialist out of the St. Paul office and there are rumblings from supervisors and management that cuts are going to happen! I am close with my supervisor and she said things are going to change soon.No specifics but with all the recent cuts in the company I am worried. Hope they offer at least a good severance package when it does happen.

Has things gotten any better, how is the environment now?
There were 200 level reductions and voluntary leaves. Seemed about 200 people did not like the idea of going back on the phones talking directly to customers and would rather leave the company! Also as of early fall of 2018 about 15 supervisors and managers were let go, terms of separation were not disclosed but unlike the call center reps. they were probably WELL taken care of!
