Is the rebuild working even in this weather? Seems to me it is a bit of a hazard to send people out to build the plant especially in gusts that will exceed 40mph in most areas. Being in a bucket is a safety hazard above 30 according to manufacturers. Just curious to what is going on.

This company may be functioning (barely) in a complete state of disarray but come on now... the ability to work in various weather conditions is just part of the job. Everybody is well aware of that when they come into this field of work. It's not always fun or easy but you do what you have to do so you can earn a paycheck. At least they suspend aerial work now when the wind gets heavy and send us home when the snow is really bad. 10-15 years ago, we were expected to work through it and to figure it out.
