Greedy SOB, and an idiot is pretty clear if it wasn’t obvious to the rank and file already.
Every time you listen to him speak it is cringe worthy and you need to pinch yourself how the BoD selected such and idiot to lead a company that once had so much talent and promise.
His problem is insider trading, which is quite illegal. He knew something that the general public didn't, And through his actions, or inactions, he sold all of his Intel stock except for the minimum required for his position. He could have cancelled the planned sale, but he didn't. At the minimum, this makes for very bad optics. No matter the way you look at it, this shows a major loss of confidence in the company that he is running.
Does BK conduct pass the sniff test for common sense leader with any semblance of IQ?

Seriously his behavior is fitting of the greed and IQ of 🤡 from San Jose State that he is.
If it can be proven that the plan was made after the design flaw was revealed, then BK is toast. I strongly doubt anyone would be that dumb though, and that kind of plan is not drawn up in a week or so. This probably takes several months of reviews from legal. So he can probably produce emails dating back to early 2017 to prove that the plan was being worked on much earlier.
And for what it‘s worth, INTC shares are still trading higher now than in October 2017.
