Working at Valassis is mildly put a demanding job with unrealistic goals. The amount of tasks that we need to do on a day to day basis can become overwhelming, especially given the amount of hours we are given to work with.
Working here will make you feel like you are walking on pins and needles trying to make sure you haven’t made many mistakes because of the constant micromanaging that occurs. Talk about a perfect way to create a stressful work environment.
I really hope management realizes they need to trust their employees to do the work we were hired for instead of constantly looking over our shoulders, or this will soon become unbearable.
