Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

Congratulations to current DST employees. You should be safe from future layoffs….

DST hard working current employees you should be safe from future layoffs for many years with the new TRUMP CORPORATE TAX CUT THAT WENT FROM 35% TAX RATE TO 21% TAX RATE.

The question is how will DST handle and spend its new wealth because of the new TRUMP TAX CUT.

  1. Will they give a bonus to all the current employees as Comcast, ATT, Boeing, Wells Fargo, Washington Federal, Sinclair and many more companies did? ABSOULTY NOT.

  2. Will they increase bonuses for senior management while giving the hard-working employees the 2% to 3% annual salary increase that doesn’t keep up with cost of living and health insurance increase that DST raises every year? GOOD POSSIBILTY.

  3. Will they hire more unprofessional mouthy CIO’s from other companies that are not needed who bring in their buddies using the good old boy system. That seems to be the normal at DST these days. POSSIBLE.

  4. Will they hire more Vice Presidents who are also part of the buddy system at DST? It appears DST has more Vice Presidents than most companies on earth. VERY POSSIBLE.

  5. Will they hire more United States employees and keep the current United States employees at DST for which the TRUMP TAX CUT was meant for. PROBABLY NOT.

  6. Will they hire more overseas employees for which the TRUMP TAX CUT was NOT meant for and do whatever they want so that senior management can get bigger bonuses. GOOD POSSIBILITY.

  7. Will they work on having a better relationship with the United States employees and work on raising the pathetic 20% Blessing White Survey approval rating from 3 years ago. ABSOLUTLY NOT THEY DON’T CARE.

  8. WILL THEY DO THE RIGHT THING??? WITH ALL THE ETHICS TRAINING DST PREACHES DO THE RIGHT THING. IT IS TIME SENIOR MANAGEMENT LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE HOOLEY ORGANIZATION TAKE OVER.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL THE HARD-WORKING CURRENT DST EMPLOYEES AND ALL THE HARD-WORKING CURRENT OLDER EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. YOUR JOB SHOULD BE SAFE FOR A FEW YEARS AS LONG AS DST SENIOR MANAGEMT DOES THE RIGHT THING.

No DST employee is safe anymore now that DST SOLD OUT.

The way DST always tries to put a spin on it as if it is a positive thing is pure BS.

Then DST always gives you the same old message in an email. BUSINESS AS USUAL!

Top executives and there buddies will get there golden parachutes.

The rest of the employees that DST Top executives treated as if they were second class citizens will get the shaft.

I think we all know where the new money will go:

Executive bonuses and pay increases.

It sure as hell won't go to pay the workers.

Back when I was at DST the Executives for the most part walked around and would not speak to the workers. I cannot tell you the number of times I said hello to a executive or senior management and for the most part they walked right by you as if you were not even there. All the youngsters at DST who are interns should get some experience and run like hell and never go back.

You speak as if they have a choice. Executives of dst systems are udder failures, the only things keeping Hooley's ignorance around are his buddies on the board of directors and RIF's. More RIF's are not off the table. The goal for this ceo is not to put share holders first but to hide the fact state street is the end game to make him richer then ever.
