Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Code of conduct? BS. Make an open d to BK and see it by youselves

I bet it won’t apply for he and the ones who provided the info. Who is going to do the open door for BK? Same as the Circle. Laws apply to the lemmings only. COC is BS!

In your ethics training as another has noted THE PERCEPTION OF ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL AND AVOIDED.

What does the top guy do, SELL SELL SELL SELL SELL SELL and then at the peak SELL.

Official response, he meets the corporate guideline, the bare minimum.

What’s the perception BK, what if one of his minions did it, he’d be given the ACT.

Time for the BoD to ACT

CoC became joke also when management started discriminatory hiring in the name of diversity. People were ordered to hire only by race and gender.

CoC* was a joke back when PSO signed non compete clause and paid hundreds of millions for out of court settlement. What was even more hilarious is - not one soul in upper management, nor even first level managers uttered a word about it.

I saw some clearly unethical behaviour from HR during ACT - such as timelines given to line managers with dates where a CAP would start, where it would end and where the employee would be fired for failing the CAP (yes, I actually saw the do-not-forward emails that had been sent to managers by HR). I wanted to report this, but then I realized that ethics complaints go to HR. Oops. So much for Intel Code of Conduct, ethics, values, etc.

Intel is like any other company. But more smug and self righteous that it is superior which may once actually have been so.

Not just BK, but other senior management as well. Many cases, dept director promotes those who goes drinking, partying, cycling, holiday with dept director. When it was filed against the dept director for favoritism, HR quickly closed the case and no action taken. Till today, the dept director is still only promoting those in his inner circle. That's just how the world is.
