Management at Infor doesn’t seem to have a clear direction on where we are headed as a company. Most of them have no clue on what is going on. Also, how can we expect them to hold a key position when some are very seldom seen in the office?
It just seems that we are a company which has a lack of purpose and direction. It would be wonderful if management could get their act together and not seem so disorganized.
We need leaders to lead this company but so far I haven’t seen any.
