working conditions nearing slavery standards in India offices in the name of productivity and efficiency

Gen X American here. It's been that way for as long as I can remember in my work life whether we off-shore or not...the big co's work all those they can w/out protections for as much as they can. This is nothing new...all you can do is try and move to another group with better respect for the life of the employee...and if you can't find it, then you shift to a new firm. Shifting throat one's career is a good thing...you pick up both depth and breadth along the way, move up, and protect a bit more of your personal life here and there.
