It's all about the numbers and the certifications. You might be wondering how this helps you if you already work at Citrix. DK has not said anything about that, but just you wait and see how great it will be to work at Citrix.

I have never felt so vulnerable as I do these days. It seems like there are two Citrix’s.
One for the VPs where it’s all champagne and caviar dreams and the other for the workers where they live under constant fear of the layoff hammer falling.

Yes Citrix has let go a lot of good people and Citrix seems to be diverse already, but at the company meeting DK stood up on stage and stated that she is going to get Citrix certified as a great place to work and she talked about the diversity metrics that she needs to attain so that she can meet the requirements of the certifying organization and she talked about hiring more visa holderss and showed the results of her survey, so it looks like she is working a plan.
Hiring lots of people. . . . , this is true LIE, DIVERSION, and MISLEADING employees and outside.
Do you mean it was not diversified earlier? Citrix already removed lots of good people in past and very recently. This has become Citrix culture. What kind of people Citrix is going to hire now after removing those good people and why?

Making Citrix a great place to work is the third metric that they talked about. They will do it without helping existing employees at all. They didn't say one word about career growth. It's just a rigged hiring game to meet the numbers to get certified and make management look good so that they can get their bonuses and their next gig.
