Did Avago give a severance package to Broadcom employees when they laid them off? If so, what was the package?

For layoffs in Irvine early this year, it was 2 weeks salary for each full year employed, and anyone under 5 years was counted as 4 years (so 8 week minimum). In addition, remember that if they layoff enough people to trigger California WARN act, they have to keep you employed for 60 days after you get the notice.
Can vary based on country. India it is one month salary for every year worked. No max. Also they will give one month notice or salary in lieu off.
