once this company cared about hiring best employees it would invest in for the future... those days are long gone...
today, lockheed favors hiring personnel significantly below its previous standards and giving them responsibilities above their pay-grade just to save more money for the shareholders...
older employees are being let go of and replaced with this cheap workforce... so much for being loyal...
it's no longer about doing the best job possible, or treating your employees properly... it's all about the dividend...
