So many things are wrong at Booz Allen, I'm not even sure where to begin.
Salaries are a joke. The company offers noncompetitive pay because it's paying off its heavy debt load over the backs of its low paid employees. This is reflected also in magically disappearing benefits.
That, however, does not stop them having from having more management layers than an onion. What's the point? Who are they managing? Each other? And how many vice presidents do we have?
Mentality being cultivated here is the one that encourages stepping on each other to get ahead. Yeah, that sounds like an excellent idea for "great" office atmosphere.
Overhead is so high that we are practically pushing the customers to our competition. Who needs more customers, right, when you can pad the numbers through layoffs?
