Cvs front store and pharmacy will be in decline for years-- in that environment Cvs will have to streamline the management side to account for the loss of sale and lack of changing with the times along with never putting money back into the stores. Now with moral bad it gets even worse, once you have lost you employees and leaders you have lost your company!!!

@QyauJxK-2lts Agreed! One cannot argue this company structure is archaic - very middle management heavy but the price for the merger is ridiculous
@2lts the execs can surely drop about 80 billion to buy a company, but they can't pay employees living wages or give us more then 35 hours - gimme a break

Easy to say, but what does it even mean?
I think the merger move is genius but I think we are overpaying, we'll see what happens. We need more data (needed to fend off amazon's threat), we need more integration and we'll get this with the merger, not sure if we'll be able to pay for it though.
