Just laughed my a-- off at the snl skit. Pretty much true to from at my kmart. Oh the life of a customer service associate in this store.

Keeping it classy at the 'Big K'
We have the old ppl in scooters that hit everything... and I mean EVERYTHING. One backed up into another customer's shopping cart and sent it 20 feet across the floor.
How many people are going to demand "store credit" after seeing this skit! The only inaccurate part about the skit was the customer service associate giving out store credit, which we certainly don't do.
I saw it too! Very funny. All those customers represent my store. So classy, NOT!
