It would be really nice if Comcast would stop hiring outside managers, especially when they don't know customer relationship management system they'll be working with.
This keeps creating major issues for everybody under them, especially with the unfair and profiteering system they've set up that that hurts our close rate.
I wonder why upper management keeps thinking this will in any way turn out to be a good idea. Comcast is full of qualified people who'd be able to fill those positions perfectly, yet they are continuously passed over by outsiders who have a spiffy resumes but no real experience.
We'd have better service and happier employees if we promoted long-term employees to those positions.
