Have all layoffs prior to this been voluntary?

These are the layoffs already announced to the impacted teams on November 8. They got 60 days notice, ending their employment on January 8.
This is old news. Don't stir things up and make a bad time even worse.
Also, January 6 is a Saturday. Layoffs wouldn't happen on a Saturday.

There is a warn for SR posted with 148 layoffs in January.
