Does anyone know what is going on with the FCT and FTM positions? I'm hearing many conflicting stories...

My FTM told us today that FCT’s will not be affected
FCT's are not gone. If you look at the trainer connection page on the learnet, they just updated the FCT role. They are taking SMD training away from the TSM's and assigning it to the FCT's. The FCT's are going to have more work. However, there is no roadmap for the FTM and TSM. Those roles could be going away or could be decreased.
FCT’s will all be gone as most of the training dept. it’s happening, some may be a little longer lived than others but it’s a complete restructure. They realized after all these years that the training is horrible and people are over paid. So trainers along with LP are the most expendable.
At this time they are not affected
Howabout TSM's?
Seems like it's going to depend on your specific area, I think that's why there's so much conflicting info. Also because they don't tell us anything until the last minute. And those that do know aren't allowed to say anything.
