All of you that come to micron in Boise in that off site area. You know there is no work but you still take a lot of manager and supervisor money to do nothing every day while others get shipped out and let go. You all sit all day and on internet stealing companys money and you all lazy do nothing all day for big pay every month. No respect for the people you work with .Shame on you all. People are looking at you all.

Don't wait to get that over taxed severence package from this place the money you get won't pay for health care and your rent and everything else you need to live. Everyone should be looking for another job now. So you get the package at sometime. When? Are you sure? Now what? Oh ,that's when you will look for another job? Really? Ah.... not a good plan.
True. You are only a number to Micron. They will look for any excuse to get rid of you. This goes for engineers as well as hourly.
That is 100 percent correct. The good ole boys network runs deep at micron. Get out now as jobs are everywhere. Micron does not care about anyone, you are only a number. 20 years ago I loved to work there. Now I hate it and that is why I am working for another company that actually cares about my well being. It is easer to get hired while you are still employed. When you give your two week notice it is shocking how no one cares. Lots of people are leaving, so don't wait for that 2019 leave date.
China is the power center now. They want China to be the power center.All the lower end jobs are being taken away here and sent there; no secret. If you are one of those employees no matter what area you are in your job will disappear.It's business, but when you are let go it will be called unemployed! If you need to be employed for a while remember this: it's better to look for a new job while you have a job. If you wait for the hammer to drop to look for something more secure you are making a huge mistake.Micron does not have your best interest at heart They have their best interest at heart.
