it is much worse in logistics the dd in pune is shielding a large group of total useless managers drawing 20 lakh salary each..
Mass exodus of employees soon as low single digit increment is what they will get this time too..Massive layoofs in the name of cost reduction rampant. No room for growth as lateral hires get better pay and insiders are ignored who have to train the incompetent lateral hires... Who end up getting higher bands & salary. While you rot in the same band & meagre salary
