The smart rats always bail out before the ship sinks. Are there any good leaders left in San Ramon that could turn this around?

People with money look out for each other. Workers considered subhuman disposable garbage.

The first thing Brian Dummann did when he joined Digital was move to Miami from Chicago. Then he told his staff that if they were remote and wanted to move to the Miami Hub at their own expense to be in a more secure position by being in a Hub they couldn't. This whole Digital staff are hypocrites and have a do as I say not as I do attitude. For example, mandate that all travel be stopped then posting pictures of your globetrotting on your blog does not inspire your workforce. This style of leadership may be the downfall of a once great company.

With JRI flying 2 planes, it is not surprising to see GE executives like Drumgoole place their own benefits over many other impacted families. More than 200 this time.

@QvBmgjQ-ggr

I took the VJRP and was gone June 28. I knew where this was going - and I trust what I heard before I left about MIA and PVD

Miami established for Drumgoole so he could move his family back from Connecticut to the place his wife loves and has a successful business . Atlanta created since Fowler lives there and can be a big man among the locals. Both to protect themselves not what is best for GE or GE Digital.

Thumbs up. Jim Fowler is the least customer centric leader I've met. Have a problem with something anyone on his team has created? He'll tell you to stop complaining. Everything they do is wonderful and their dashboards show it. Must be he never considered that he might be measuring the wrong things if everyone is still complaining about sh*tty products he doesn't use.

@QvBmgjQ-tpq, seriously you should report it to ombudsperson if it is true and there is conflict of interest. There are more than 3 locations being taken down for Miami and Providence which have no presence before CD. Look at how many families are impacted. You are obligated.

Strategy? I heard there was no strategy. "We do not have the next steps written down--there is not a playbook". Leadership has been making the plan up as they go along. To me, that is a lack of leadership; and ownership. Great points about Miami and Providence. Miami-why...and Providence because it is close to Boston--Really?

And then rehire Bill Ruh so you can fire him again.

+1

We need leaders who are strong technical visionaries. During all-hands, these guys sound like they are repeating marketing slogans and platitudes rather than setting a strategy.
