Any chance we can decide on a strategy at Caterpillar and then stick to it for more then a year?
Seriously, it's not that hard. Just pick one and stick to it. The way we do things now we can't get anything done properly. I'm getting whiplash from all the sudden turns we're making. Changing vision every year only insures that we'll never reach the desired goal of any of them. It's a setup for failure.
Unless this is done intentionally to have an easy excuse to lay off people every year or so. In that case, it's working perfectly...
