all the things that once drew me to gc are slowly disappearing...
the pay s---s, leadership is right there with it in quality - both district and regional, and we can only dream about performances bonuses... all of this used to be different...
the hours we get now depend on sales numbers, which have been steadily going down... more and more people are leaving simple because they're not getting the needed hours...
bain has pretty much ruined gc... the only thing left is being around like minded people who like to play... but that doesn't pay the bills...
