i'm sick and tired of being required to harass our customers into submitting credit card applications... not everybody wants it, we are antagonizing them into not returning if we continue on like this...
i especially don't appreciate being threatened to be fired over this! i'm not hounding people like some of my co-workers, but i am also positive that customers i deal with will return to jcpenny, unlike a bunch of those that were pretty much bullied by them...
enough is enough... can't they realize we're losing money over this?
