Well said Jabba !!! We with the exception of a few bought into the ATS hype ... But all it did was make US feel like a low level employee ( Contractor ) ... Most of the guys at my Shop are just hoping a package is offered ... Because we see the Sham for what it is !!! A Sham !!! Waste of time and money FTTH , Coax plant failing , Labox failing , Stock dropping !!! Hate to sound clique but they Beat Us !!! All those names U mentioned are for sure having a great addition to their bank accounts .. Oh forgot the insane Co pays for Medical !! 80 dollars a visit ... I am embarrassed to even show the new card when it comes in 18 ... sad so sad

Altice management for the win!

  • Management will continue to be able to arbitrarily change the terms & conditions of our employment whenever the fúck they want..... via email no doubt. 😡 Employees have absolutely no say in the matter. A year ago, they notified us via email that they were reducing our sick days and eliminating the holiday bonus. This year, via email, they're changing our pay schedule and forcing us into shìtty health insurance options. What's next? 1099?

  • Would they have been able to do all this if we were union?

  • Unfortunately, Brooklyn gets lumped into the same BS due to that BS "me too clause" in their contract. You can thank Dolan's lawyers for that.

  • Instead of coming together and fight the real enemy, we remain divided, which of course, plays right into their hand.

  • I can only imagine how hard Hilbítch, Fat Barry, and Prugash are laughing at us right now. They were all up in our grill when they saw us attempting to unionize, but now, you can't even hear a peep out of them. Hey Prugash, what happened to your monthly ops updates? Fat Barry, how come you not throwing your weight around our shop anymore? Hilbítch, how come they ain't get rid of you yet?

  • Yes, some of us are painfully ignorant..... too ignorant to understand why we were fighting so hard to secure what we had. Now all we're left with is a sinking ship. It's a crying shame what this place has turned into.

Jeezus kryst some of you are painfully ignorant. No one hates this shtbag company more than me but no one is screwing you over. You're getting paid for every day and every hour you work. Tax and benefits, Dumss, are dictated by the federal government and the entities that provide your benefits. No employer can simply not pay them, or pay less than usual just as they can't arbitrarily pay (take) more. I swear, you retards whining over this must all be union jurk offs. You're getting an extra check before Christmas dum*sses! If you're as broke as you make it sound, that's a good thing you idiots.

The only thing that they're taking the full amount of is your 2 week contribution to you Flexible Spending Accounts.

I still don't get these people saying we are losing a check a before Christmas....you were only getting the paycheck on the 14th. If anything you're getting another check (albeit a 1/2 check) before the holiday. While they've screwed us on a bunch of other things they didn't here. They could've choose to not pay us for that week and made us take a check for 3 weeks. That would've saved them the administrative cost for paying out the one week.

We get paid on 12/14. That covers 11/26-12/9. We get paid 12/21 for the week of 12/10-12/15. We then get paid 1/5 for the weeks of 12/16-12/29. We then get paid 1/19 for the weeks of 12/30-1/12. Where do you think we're missing a week? Cause your not

Not to sound off the cuff. But did they hold a week of pay when we started employment here. If so now they are holding a second week. I read the email an no where in the explanation does it say anthing about the week we miss. It says we will be paid on 12/15 for five days , then on 1/5 for 2 weeks. Well there is a week missing. Not to mention they could have done this in November an not screwed us for the holidays. Guess they are trying to make up for there sled ride down the stock market this month. Merry christmas you cheap unappreciated bastards

Hate to break it to you but your not losing a week's pay before Christmas. Your gaining a week. We are still getting paid on 12/14 which covers 11/26-12/9. We then get a check for 5 days for the week of 12/10-12/15. Our next normal pay check would be 12/28/17. Instead we are getting paid on 1/5/18 which covers the dates of 12/16/17-12/29/17. If anything, we're losing the paycheck on the 28th but it's not like we're working a week for free. It's shifting a day but with the "transition week" it shifts the end of the month a week since we're gaining that week.
