Moving towards only one field manager per district. (DM / Sup positions eliminated)
Unsure if the districts will stay current size.

Who else should expect to be given the axe in this round of layoffs? Will this do anything for people further down the ladder?
Guys a 3% reduction in workforce means that everyone will be impacted. It's going to continue a lot more working with less. Retail is not plotted for growth so understand if you work in retail it's not stable....
You will know by Thursday that Larry is flying overhead on the fastest private jet available burning more fuel than you make in a year. He will be laughing as he flips you all off So hey Larry. F--- you
DMs and SUPs will find out their faith this coming week. I hope that our congress will not pass the AETNA buyout and I'd love for AMAZON to come in and buy CVS. Larry has slowly killed this great company because of greed, he made well over 30 MILLION DOLLARS while employees struggle to get by. So much for our core VALUES!!!!
Every Region is getting rid of a District and they will restructure the districts . They will also make low volume store managers to Store ops and demote them. There will be one store manager overseeing 2 stores . They will close more stores next year!
More than likely a subsequent decrease in district size to account for only one field manager. If the current 20-25 stores was reduced to 15, the majority of current field would still have a new position, but overall, payroll would be eliminated in the field structure.
There a lot of conflicting ideas out there. How can it be just a hand full when others are talking about completion position elimination. When will it be announced?
only a handful of folks will be affected by this
This is still a rumor. We'll see what happens.
The changes will take place in December.
