I was a 20 year employee and was let go June 2012. The new culture is to fire older loyal workers and hire workers in India. Severance is offered just because they do not want to be sued. I had to sign an agreement before I got it. Just heard yesterday 11/8/17 there started another round of layoffs. ADP is now a disgrace....

FYI the company has been making job cuts all year long in almost every state.
ADP is not the only company that does it. I worked for a small employer (under 150 employees) in Oregon. Worked there for over 5 years and got praised for my work, until I turned 60. They tried everything to make me quit, even posted my job on Craigslist with a $4 an hour lower rate than I was getting. I was finally "let go" in October with no explanation of why. I was offered a severance package if I signed an agreement not to sue them. I needed the money so I signed.
