How are DeVry enrollment reps evaluated? Do you have to make numbers?

Why keep someone who brings too few students in and costs more to pay than what they are worth? Besides students get moved on to academic advisors or similar role when it comes to class enrollment.
Why would they be fired---students need them as a contact point to enroll. Loose that contact point, and fewer enrollees.
If they don't produce they are gone. There is just no paper trail anymore.
If they still use Salesforce they could probably track all the numbers through there. It seems what devry does is layoff your higher paid workers and hire new people, then keep repeating that cycle. For admissions they probably keep the ones who make them the most $$.
@QqwLkgK-lxr I call B.S. on that. They may not keep track of that formally due to NRW and rewarding them for making numbers, but I guarantee you they keep track of it unofficially somewhere. You would be a fool to think they don't.
Lol cammy ...
Making numbers went away in 2010 with the NRW “new regulatory world”
